How long does the lease for my roof area run for?
Our leases have a term of up to 30-40 years, with customized agreements, e.g. a minimum term of 20 years and the option to extend. This means you benefit from rental income and an increase in the value of your property in the long term.
Which buildings are suitable for roof leasing?
Almost all buildings with a minimum roof area of 350 square meters are suitable. These include farms, warehouses, production halls, canopies, riding halls, residential buildings, commercial and industrial buildings, sports facilities and more. Shade-free roofs are ideal for optimal solar utilization.
Does the condition of my roof play a role in the lease?
Yes, the condition of your roof is important. For leases over 30-40 years, the roof should be in good condition. If required, we can carry out the necessary renovation of your roof so that it can withstand the coming decades.
Can asbestos removal also be carried out?
Yes, we also carry out asbestos removal. Our experts safely remove the old asbestos boards and dispose of them professionally. We cover the costs and you benefit from new, asbestos-free roof surfaces.
Can I use the electricity I generate myself?
In principle, you can use the electricity you generate yourself. However, this is only worthwhile from a certain amount of electricity required. We will be happy to check whether your electricity requirements are sufficient and create a suitable solution.
